Hello Ladies and Gentleman,
I was playing in the Jail server this morning and was having a chat with an admin in server about an ongoing issue. As far as I know, and in the server I supported by all of the Os, if you are muted, gagged, or silenced, do not disconnect and reconnect to go around it. You will get banned for evading. I love all of you and just watned to insure no one gets in trouble over it. Thanks for reading!

I know some people who have done this, but I didn't note their names because there were in fact admins on at the time. Though I do know some people who deserve a good mute once in awhile...

I evade all the time.
When Leadership kicks me out of the servers for the reason "Speak to me in Ventrilo." I just ignore the message and reconnect.
*COUGH* BIGREDKING *COUGH*

Normally, this is a pretty good evasive move and they get upset with me and no longer want to talk to me.
WE ALL HAVE OUR TACTICS.

Also, 90% of the time someone has gag evaded me, I let it slide, so long as they don't cause a problem when they return. But if they come back and the first thing they do is break a significant rule, it's off to BanVillage for that user. I never liked banning people, less opportunities for them to see our Jail server. ;-;
