Not entirely true. There are studies to support the claim that caffeine gives you poorer reflexes over time.

I drink a lot of Lucozade but just because we always have some in the fridge.

Its a video game i don't thing you need to speed up your reflexes or have a power drink. Also I'm not sure there's a good beverage for "CS:S" as opposed to there being a good beverage any other times.
