Glitchy? Lol, alright. I not entirely certain how you managed to get glitchy out of that 10 seconds of footage, but kudos to you for being that observant.
Also, how are all modern shooters CoD4 clones?

Battlefield series has been around forever..they aren't going to copy cod4. Bf2 was amazing, I don't know what your talking about.
I don't know how you could pick glitches out of that, it just seems like you want this to fail.
It's a hype trailer, they aren't going to show full fledged gameplay, that doesn't happen till really close to release.

When I said glitchy, I meant the cinematography effects that were used. I didn't mean that the game looked glitchy. Like when they showed the action scenes, it was just a series of 1-second snippets that ended abruptly.
What I was getting at is, this video is labeled a
"gameplay" trailer but it is not. It's more of a teaser trailer.
As far as my CoD4 clone comment, you can't help but admit that BF3 looks a lot like the recent CoD games in regards to the textures, color scheme and environments, which is all we have to go on right now since details like game play, game modes, guns, perks, etc have not been revealed yet.
Let's get something straight here... I am not hating on the BF games. I LOVED BF1942 and played it for HUNDREDS of hours, even though the netcode sucked. Big maps and vehicles added a completely new dimension to FPS. However, I did not like BF2, BF2142 or BC2. With all of that said, I hope BF3 is good because even though I am a CoD player, I would love to play a game that felt like CoD but had large maps and vehicles and required more teamwork.

I think the reason everyone is jumping on you is your CoD elitism you are projecting. You try to give praise to a BF game to appease the others but you still belittle it
As for your preference in Modern Shooters (semi-realistic to realistic) I don't care if you think CoD is better. Many people will agree with you.
Because the CoD feel is close quarters combat FPS were the focus is more on solo play to team play, I prefer BF. I believe CoD4+ games (take your choice) is the best close quarters FPS modern warfare game series. BF play style differs in that the focus is on a teamwork and more long to medium range combat. I know CoD teamwork is present and does make for a better experience, but it isn't the main focus to me when I've played it.
Going to your comment about graphics... meh I don't know too many ways you can make HD realistic graphics. I'm not a graphics annalist so most realistic art styles look the same to me. The CoD franchise being the most populous in this art style does make BF3 look similar but I believe this is due to the modern shooter genre not trying to mimic CoD's style
Everyone has a preference in games so we just need to accept that people like different games for different reasons. Trading insults isn't a great way to discuss a game (directed at everyone)

but I agree shouldnt have been labeled game play at all.

That's just like saying that every game is a DOOM ripoff because it uses guns. Its just stupid. And you think Battlefield is glitchy? You must have not payed much attention to CoD over the years.

BC2 was in fact very glitchy from the Beta up until the 4th (and much bigger) patch, which wasn't released until 3 months after. It's really great now, but back then it was a pain to play.
I am really looking forward to this game.
I enjoy the BF games when I want large maps with vehicles and a lot of people working together....for the most part.
I enjoy the CoD games when I want a faster pace, smaller map game session.
I will let the fanboys of both Games fight each other while I profit playing 2 really fun styles of FPS games.

However, since you took my "glitchy" comment completely wrong way, I wanted to curb any further misunderstandings, which looks to have been pointless...

haha CoD4 clones. Battlefield is on a whole other level. Way better than call of duty. Not to mention Battlefield Franchise started before Call of Duty.
