I would like to share this Story, it is a true story that happen back in the days while serving in the Law Enforcement.
Guys and girls if you don't take away anything from this story, please take remember this Troops. For all you Young and old parents with children or couples attending on having kids.
Kids they are a gift from heaven to us, God's precious gift to you. Cherish the time with them and always, no matter how much they piss you off, take two steps back and relax and remember. Because one day they may be gone.
Take Control of your Life
When I was young and in school, my dad and mom always force me to take control of everything I did. I feel their objective was to make me take control of everything I done in life. If a person lets everyone run their life always, they will never be happy inside. A person needs to make decision, on their own to feel a since of pride inside themselves.
When I was working with the law enforcement, back in the 80?s. A friend on the police force told me a story about this one call he went to one night. There was couple a husband, a wife, and a four-year child. The husband had a drinking problem, a big one. He would go out to party and return home and beat up his wife for no apparent reason. The neighbors, hearing the yelling would call the police. When the police arrived, the husband would be taken to jail and the wife would go to the hospital.
My friend at the hospital would ask the wife, would she want to press charges against her husband. She would refuse. All she would say was she loves him. The lady had no control of her own life. The husband had all the control. Since there were no charges he was release after twenty-four hours. My friend said after weeks went bye, him and his partner received the same call again. It was the same case, husband went to jail and wife went to hospital again. Wife refuse to press charges, husband was release.
This went on for about a month my friend said. On night my friend receive the call to the same house again. This time it was different. When he arrived this time they found the husband had beaten the wife and child to death. The sad part about this story was the child was to young to take control of his life. He depended on the parents for support and guidance?s. But the wife was old enough. If she only took control of her life the little boy would still be alive today.
