I have a Cooler Master HAF 932 and the tooless design for the expansion cards... SUCK. I'm building my own computer right now, and every single manual sucks. Most frustrating thing ever. I dont think Im ever going to build a computer again.:chair:

you could ask for help maybe?

Read some guides on the internet?

Who uses manuals?

I don't even use the tooless thingies, i just take it off, and use screws

i have the same case and love the tools clips for the expansion cards. my new 5870 is snug as a bug in a rug. pm me and i can try and offer you some help

Sounds kinda like a U S E R issue to me.

Plus we have a tech support forum with PLENTY of knowledgeable members... Example, I've been providing IT implementation and support for corporate companies for almost 10 years...

If you need help, ask. Don't complain just because you can hit the post button.

The HAF 932 is a well received case in the world of computer builders. If you're having that many problems with it, it's probably your fault. I've talked to tons of people that have built computers using that case, and most of them swear by it.

There's no shame in asking for help, but if you're going to talk trash about it, have something more than "This case iz teh SUK!!!" We'd love to help you with any issues you're having. Reading manuals and using google is recommended in this case. ;)

PEBKAC, yes?

Toolless design can be nice if they do properly. Else it can be a hassle. I haven't worked in a HAF case, so I can't really comment.

Tool less works great on my NZXT case. Like Phobus, I've never worked with the HAF cases though.

I have a coolmaster case, and it was a pain the ass to mount the motherboard with these screw using my finger. The motherboard didn't leave me enough space for my finger to get to the screws. =(

ROFLMAO!!!!!!! you are not supposed to mount the motherboard with those. those are motherboard stand offs to raise the motherboard above the mounting plate to prvent any contact from the underside of the MB and the case....(preventing the shorting-out of the mother board
