Okay so a lot of these 1 Year threads have been and gone and well, they aren't really that interesting. But then again, they don't contain NINJA. EUROCRACY. COMBAT. So anyway, let me cut to the chase already and get onto my life story- ohwait wrong a story. I mean the story of how I joined eGO and finally spent a year in it.
So a long time ago, in a gameshop far far away. I got the HL2+CS:s ORIGINAL BOXED SET. In 2004. Nice. So I went through steam and stuff, but damn HL2 was hell to install back then. Also COUNTER STRIKE SOURCE. So I went in game, and played it. I thought everyone would be new and not know the game as it was new. I was wrong. People from CS 1.6 were owning me over and over again, bad times. I usually got about 1 kill by hiding in a corner all round... with 10 deaths. Well, I played it on and off for the next few years, eventually getting invited into the jail server. By the way, my original name was much longer, I had to trim it in the end:

Yeah, long and not that good, people kept calling me Overlord or Titan so IA trimmed it down. Then I got like 1000 requests to join eGO, so I did. Really fun, spent 6 months in counter strike division acting as some sweet target practice for all the players. Fun fun fun. So yeah, then I decided to give DOD;S a go and it was cool. They had CptGoomba who got me to swap divisions to DOD:S. So I joined DOD:S, and spent the next 3 months asking goomba to accept my friends request. It was a pending friends request for 5 months... before he denied it. Epic. Fail.
So after finding out I wasn't that good at DOD:S I went onto my old trusted friend TF2, bought it with the orange box in '07, really good buy. I really loved TF2, especially since there was euro events on nearly every day and well, there was hats.
So, after many hats, events and PEW PEW PEW later I got my G, shocking eh?
