Well I have found a video that works and is really great too!

Just use my autoexec, It's not the lowest fps config but its pretty low. You can still see sprays and through water.

not gonna lie guys ive seen his, and kami's took my 300 fps and shot it threw the roof, i recommend it for any one who needs a fps boost, but after downloading this, i also recommend changing it a little to your own liking
