I like to share this Thought with You Troops, Just a little Advice in Life
Consider Things From Every Angle
Whenever your boss or you yourself is a boss. You are assigned to complete a task. It best to consider it from all angles. Whenever you were very young in life growing up you was in the learning stages of life, which will continue throughout your life. You probably didn?t know it but if you learn something new after awhile you probably done things a different way next time around, because it easier. Well you was actually considering things from different angles.
As we get older in life we become wiser from learning from past experience. So every time we do something most of the time we look at it from different angles. People in high-ranking position like the Secretary of Defense, if there is something happening in the world or in the United States. Before he briefs the President he will listen to all his generals to look at the trouble from all angles. The president makes the final decision but he will consider things from every angle.
If you work at a high profile job that every decision you make affects a lot of life. To be good at your job you have to look at problems from every angle. If you don?t the outcome could result in disaster. Most people make decisions they react without considering a different approach. That how things turn out bad and sometimes lost of a lot of life. Some folks go through life without ever making large decision that may result in the lost of life. Everyday decision folks may think they are making huge decision after considering it from all angles.
But speaking from experience when I was in the service and was deployed into a combat zone. Every decision we had to make was consider from all angles. Because we where dealing with a lot of soldiers lives and even civilian lives. Those decisions I would not wish it on anyone. Even in my job today in some situation I sometime have to listen to some Person?s problems. In these cases I would listen to both sides of the story and then I would consider everything from all angles and make my decision. I believe if you are ever going to be proficient in anything you do. It is best to always consider things from every angle.
