damn. I voted for Kalt rotation. Wish I could change it to comp rotation. . . Something different
 
I have not played Kalt or Dust on a map with a full server, so if I could play both every other match, it'd be the bestest.
 
due to the fact i seen before we switched the servers 90% of the people here wanted kalt but yet none of them helped fill it up or play on it, and now they want it back kinda redundant to me, i would just switch it to dust 2011... plus its getting very popular on DOD:s Servers. which is what we here at eGO like to hear about, at least i do. :)
 
Why in the world are people voting for a Competitive Rotation server? Didn't Ronpaul say just two months ago that the server will be empty because top players won't be coming by to play?

I'm not going to play on a server where I can't run out of spawn without getting a bullet to the head because the other team gets stacked with competitive players. The point of this game is to have fun, and I don't see this as being a fun option at all. I can't see pubbers joining up for that "fun", and people hate some of the competitive maps anyway, which will kill the server, so I don't see this as a good option at all.

I voted for Dust 2011+Fast Respawn, for the record. Why? Because it's something different.

any form of kalt will do...so...are we going to be adding the tallies for all the kalt maps together so we get a form of kalt back...whatever it may be?

oh...and whomever is voting for dust...we have servers for a game called CSS that have dust on em...

OMG I just reinstalled steam after 4 months in time to see this post.... PLEASE BRING MY HOME SERVER BACK!! (kalt) :) it will make me so happy :) :). I think it will make london happy too, if he is still around

and i think IR would be a bad idea, the last flag would be impossible for allies to take
 
Guys, to set the record straight, dust is a cross-game map that has "set the trends" throughout the history of DoD, CSS, and somewhat with TF2.

Dust has not only been one of the most popular CSS maps to date, it was also one of the most popular DoD maps pre-source. To fast forward to the present time, the number 1 server on DoD:S is dust also.

Don't be so quick to downcast dust just because you associate it with CSS. Try to vote with an open mind for what's BEST for eGO.
 
Dust belongs in css go in there to play if you want :D ROTATION! something different. 24/7 server starting to be so boring im not even play much on eGO servers anymore.
Probably ill play few hours in anzio and thats it.
Rotation also help to know better some maps.

Like Brain sayd: "competitive rotation, it will make us better players!"
 
The competitive server will fail. I will lobby to override the vote if this option is successful. This server will be playing maps that nobody has ever heard of, that are just bad (most maps chosen by league play are bad) and the nine or ten of you here will hop into that server to find it empty 99% of the time. Competitive players will not play here, there are better rotation servers with these maps and teams have their own servers on which they can 12-man or scrim on the map freely.

Pub play does not equal match play, some are just not interested. You might find a few competitive players joining, but then again which of you wants to face off against players better than everyone in eGO? I'll save that experience for our better matches.

well its' 35-13 in favor of kalt atm, so I don't think it'll be an issue :3
