I am an Eagle Scout.

This morning i got my Eagle Scout! I started out as a Tiger in the first grade and today at my Eagle Board they gave me the Rank of Eagle!

That is really awesome man. I would have stayed in Boy Scout's if my troop wouldn't have been such delinquents.

Nice job. I'm almost there. I put it off for a little while, but I just have my Eagle Project (I'm going to get my Plan finally cleared this weekend), and four more Merit Badges (all of which I'm working on). I have until July, I think I can make it. Hopefully you got everything done well before you turn 18.

Haha. well funny story. Since you have 3 months after your 18 birthday to approach the board, i turned 18 last December making this month my LAST opportunity to get my Eagle. And i got 4 of my last badges 5 days before my birthday. Had my project signed off a week before, AND had my 6 months of leadership signed off a week before. So i guess you could say i procrastinated a LITTLE... :biggrin:

First Class.. In the troop since 5th grade, so almost 4 years..

I am a slacker.. But I have 5 more years to get Eagle.. I should probably stop slacking.

Man, That is so cool! I've seen so many friends of mine get Eagle Scout over the years. It's one of those things that makes me wish I could've been born a boy sometimes because getting Eagle Scout is a pretty huge recognition. It also looks good on College and job resumes.
Girl scouts..just get this thing...And no one cares. Lol. Then again, Girl scouts don't go camping either. Man. Girl scouts suck in general. Lol.
