the video expresses something that i have been becoming more and more aware of as i grow older, i am 20 right now and i have already seen so much hatred and intolerance and ignorance its saddening. the problem stems from how people are raised. if you can get to people when they are still young and make sure they grow up right then the world will then one day become better.
i am not talking about people having to be brought up with a religious family or people, i am very religious myself but i see where some atheists get their sense of ignorance in some cases (not saying all atheists are ignorant) for example: some of my best friends from high school are atheist and they grew up with christian parents but turned out atheist because they did not like the way in which religion was presented to them so they hated it as they grew up. my point is, people's childhood effects the rest of their lives and i hope and pray for a world where people can get along and not worry about money or power or anything that can corrupt people that way
i know i typed a wall of text in a sense but this is a subject i feel very strongly on, and i would love to have the chance to one day make a difference and bring people together out of something greater than just mutual benefit.
