The Blind Monk was a concept champion from over year and half ago but, like some others, was trashed. Later on Udyr was made, and was rumored to be the recreation of The Blind Monk.
The Blind Monk, aka, Lee Sin can actually be seen in an original trailer (11s) for the game - during the champion rotation animation screen.
Now, with all the nonsense surrounding last years April Fools prank with Urf, The Manatee, a lot of people are skeptical of this release.
A lot of history here.

Well
Unreleased / TBA champions are:
Lee Sin
Priscilla
Urf
If you did through all those articles you'll see how some have had their fates sealed in the Halloween version of Summoner's Rift, and since Lee Sin has a lot of mixed lore with Urf, it's hard to believe his release.
Here's hoping that they actually do release Lee Sin - Though I'm not getting my hopes up too high.
We'll see, I suppose.

Man the artist doing this is amazing
I can actually confirm the Spider Queen as a canceled champion, a while back on the League of Legends forums EncasedShadow answered a thread about it providing some screenshots of her and describing how her abilities were split up between other champions (poison on attack and camo while still to Teemo, Blitzcrank's pull, etc.) I don't think it ever got transferred over to the wiki.
Anyways, I have faith the Blind Monk will be released, so many people have been waiting for him for such a long time that it would just be a bad business decision not to release him.

Look at the top 2 comments:
I would love to see it like how a blind jedi sees through the force (champions/minions glow, etc).
- If he's blind, shouldn't he be immune to blind effects, like Teemo's blinding dart (Q)?

Ooo, fair enough. I was just pulling info off the wikia page, since Mr.Game didn't seem to know that Lee Sin came first. :mellow:
That would honestly make him useless. No team map awareness in a team-oriented game? Yeah right.

I'd rather go with my idea and have it such as a blind Jedi sees through the force.
Although, wouldn't that give him the ability to see anyone from anywhere (even FoW)?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see what Riot has to bring with the next update.
