how is runescape holding up?

i quit with a bunch of onlline friends when they took pking out. i heard jagex brought the wild back:drool: just wondering how it compares to the older days of pking. here is an oldie but goodie:) anyone else remember this or was there?

I remember the very very old days, only recently been playing again, just leveling up and trying to get gear to enjoy the game a little better. Didnt realize itbut I had already done most of the member quests too lol.
 
We could use more people on to do more stuff. Recruiting on RS is near to impossible also. I'm still trying though.

Ive been pking myself alot. And im not suprised, ive come to a conclusion to just stop pking. You know theres two styles edge pking and hybridding. Both are horrible.

In edgeville everyone has korasis or godswords, you rareley ever see anyone with a whip anymore and hybriding at places such as east dragons and mage bank is completely dead. Everyone just go edge lvl 4 to hybrid or west dragons where you dont die. And not to mention all the turmoil, chaotic, korasis etc hitting so high. Its not worth it.
 
I can start recruiting for RS O_O I know alot of people that would willing to join an actual clan that does stuff.
 
Do you guys PK at all?

I honestly don't think that it'd be as interesting as it was back in 2005/2006. All of these stupid new weapons that can oneshot people.
 
i dont pk aint got the skills for it but i sometimes do a slayer task or so but for the rest im quite inactive
 
Man, I used to play rs way back in the day. I'm like a level 108. I don't know if you guys have ever heard of the clan type poc/pok/poe. But if you have I used to be one of the top guys in that whole group of clans. If I didn't completely hate the game now, I would help recruit, I know a lot of people.

Haha its all good, I usually do that, Cause honestly skilling is my bane, I can't stand it, but the gameplay is fun once you get were you want to, so anyways I do what ever to keep my self engaged. Like talking to people or listen/singing music 8D
 
I miss the old days started in 05 quit for 2 years., they've brought back the old wildy but not the same since most weps now can 1 shot ya, but i suck at pvping anyway.
 
i've started playing runescape again, but i've only seen a few people in the chat. i guess the game isn't as popular as it used to be...

Well, for the first few years when RS came out, it was a fun game with decent graphics. Now, it's a repetitive game with terrible graphics, compared to games on the PS/Xbox/PC. The only reason I played RS was to get a 99 skill. Which I never got.
