I play on your TF2 servers as ( . Y . )Carole Landis.
At times admins on have asked me to remove the ( . Y . ) tag. Usually I ask if they know the Buxom clan and other eGos on the server come to my defense and explain the tag.
Tonight at 7:30 est OfficerFriendly asked me to remove it and again I tried explaining it, to no avail, I was kicked. I did try and remove it, but for some reason I could not in the console.
Anyways, what is the communities opinion of the ( . Y . ) tag?
I like to wear it with pride, but with so many admins not knowing the tag I want to be able to play without a hassle.
I originally thought this was known through your DOD servers, discussed and community approved, but maybe the TF2 area is different.
So thats it, I'll wait for a response.

i do think it is because the (. Y .) looks like boobs and some admins dont like that in our G-rated servers

I think it's rather immature to be making ASCII symbols resembling breasts and using them as a Clan tag.

Um, actually this had already been negotiated and the eGO clan and BuxomBombshells have been in peace for a while. Please do not ban or kick them. The tag is accepted.

Yes, from my knowledge, we are not supposed to kick them just because of their tag.

I have seen this issue discussed many times, and on this site edgegamers.us <--- .us i think we all know that it is accepted. However, TF2 has a different site edgegamers.org <----- .org and untill recently most of the leadership was different and it was treated as a seperate clan with the same name.

I believe the clan is working on getting everyone as one and not segregated but I suspect since many of the TF2 members were new and not from dod they werent aware.

i'm totally cool with the tag. I know that it's not supposed to be a perverted tag so there is no problem with it in my opinion

Speaking of which: Aren't we way over due for a BB server raid? The last one was during the summer, before I joined eGO. The only reason I even knew about it was because Fluffy was talking about what a great group the bombshells were.

That should say something right there. If Fluffy (a "chick" by her definition, a lady by mine) isn't offended by their tag, then why are guys complaining about it? Let them keep their tags. And hopefully they'll bring more of their guys to our servers. Buxom Bombshells seem like a class act.
