Also keep in mind the community itself; the DoD guys and the TF2 guys are very different. You might want to stop by in Ventrilo and check out both divisions to "meet the personnel", that would definitely be a good thing.

If you want a realism-based FPS, go DOD:S. If you want a larger variety of weapons, but less skill requirements, go TF2. Or if you want a lot of hats and silly weapons, go TF2.

Ok, anyone who said CS:S, I already play, and it's an epic game. I agree. As for which game, I think I am fairly crap with my skills. But it seems to be that people love both of the games.
