So I ordered a new AMD Quad Core processor last week. I learned that for new customers (Which I am) that you could get $25 off any $100 order this past 2 days. Here is my convo with a chat agent.

11:43:55 AM Jay: Hello my name is Jay. How may I help you today?
11:44:03 AM Me: Hey Jay
11:44:12 AM Me: I've heard rants and raves about Neweggs customer service
11:44:13 AM Me: literally
11:44:35 AM Me: I'm apart of many gaming communities and I've seen stuff about your guys' customer service on reddit.com
11:44:49 AM Me: Apparently you guys are the best of the best
11:44:50 AM Me: So
11:45:16 AM Me: About a week ago, I ordered a new AMD quad core processor

11:45:54 AM Me: http://promotions.newegg.com/nepro/...NC-Facebook-_-na-_-na-_-na&nm_mc=SNC-Facebook

11:48:24 AM Jay: Thanks for holding. The promotion has expired. However, as a courtesy, I have issued you a credit for $25.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed and returned to your original method of payment.

Yeah, they are awesome. Two months ago (during the sandy bridge fiasco) Newegg accepted my RMA even though, in a fit of rage, I accidentally broke a CPU pin off my motherboard. Their inspection team let me off the hook since a recall was in order. Saved me $200.

They sold a very nice and high-end graphics card for under 100 dollars )which I got) so they also have good deals

newegg is amazing; I've never had a single issue with them over the past 2 years or so since I've started using them exclusively for most of my computer-based purchases. Need to RMA something? They go out of their way to make it happen and make it quick, normally less than 4 days before the new item is in my hands (I do live close by, only 2 day tops shipping from them to me :p).

:D

Screw Tiger Direct, with customer service like that I don't need to order from anywhere else.

How's the shipping policy?

Shipping is excellent.. they have free shipping on most of their products. And if you order before like noon or something like that, it ships out same day :D

Not to mention 3 day shipping or less! omnomnomnomnom (you can expect it within a day and a half if you live in California, I'd say).

I got a package within 8 hours with 1 day shipping.

One of their warehouses are in Memphis, TN.

I hope the OP doesnt mind me adding to this. I believe I created a post bout this a few months ago, but I cant remember. Anyways, I was having an issue with my video card & talked with the card manufacturer & they needed the receipt of where I got it. Well being that I got it from Newegg, I went to their site to go search up the receipt. Since I never had to do this before, I thought that Newegg would only hold records as far back as maybe 1 year. Man was I massively mistaken on that thought! They keep all the records of their customers purchase from the very 1st order. Thanks to Newegg, I was able to get a free upgrade on my video card (went from a 9800gt to gts 450).
