I just got off work and once again YoSpankDawg beat me to the forums! You kids had better enjoy your freedom, before the house payments, car payments, children payments, etc., take over the majority of your day.
Actually, it is all worth it. I finish up my responsibilities as the family provider and sit down at my computer to play games with a group of fantastic people from all over the world. I am very lucky.
A big "Congratulations", goes to YoSpankDawg, Compton, Brain, DK,, and the whole Axis team, on their winning campaign 4. Great job guys and well played.
To the Allied command staff a huge thanks and congratulations on a great campaign. You were amazing in game and out. Many times I was unable to practice. Tomi, Lungbuster, and Meg carried out their duties and conducted the Thursday night sessions in a professional and "FUN" manner.
Tomi was my right hand man and took on all Cinc duties many times throughout the contest and led perfectly. It takes just the right personality to lead others and gain their respect. Tomi is that kind of person.
Lungbuster took control of his duties as well, and also performed with distinction. As a field commander and solder he helped win many a battle with his cool and collected attitude.
Meg too, was the perfect person for command. She fulfilled her leadership requirements and gained all of our respect in performing her duties. She amazed me with her high k/d ratio and ability to survive to the very end, all while leading the Allies. I know this for a fact, because I was long dead in spec and watching!
A special thanks to these Allied solders because of their leadership, gameplay, and gosh darn abilities to kill people on a regular basis:
Ronpaul, Ravage, Xante, Skippy, SmileyJ, Kiwi, Fubar, Silver Wolf, and Efren
A special thanks to my aid, Rogue. General Patton would be jealous!
To the whole "Allied" team, a big round of applause!! Without you there would have been no game, no excitement, no victories, and no fun. You are an amazing group of gamers, Edgegamers to be exact, and I have never found anyone better in my online experiences.
Last but not least a big thanks to the "True" realism leadership, C-Whit, Stormy, Blue, and Ronpaul.. These guys are the greatest! They make everything possible for the rest of us and they do it on their own time, week after week, every campaign. I always know they have our back and want nothing but the best for DodS and eGO. I love being associated with you guys.
I know I left some names out, but you are all great to game with. I have so much fun being a part of eGO and "Socializing" with you. Thanks!!
