Anyone play Battlefield Heros?

Just curious, I know its fairly old . Decided to give it a go today and its actually pretty entertaining for a f2p game. My only issue is that it's a 3rd person shooter, not a first person like I thought it would be.

This game is rated teen (so don't expect it to be as intense as say Call of Duty). The graphics are cartoonish in style (which is fine with me, since many games go for the realistic style anymore) and the game itself is based around the WWII period. You could think of it as team fortress 2 meets world war 2.

I kind of tried it one time, but I was expecting something different so I didn't.
However, now I'm in the Battlefield Play4Free beta, waiting for that to come out. And that was what I was expecting. But due to the rather annoying means of progression(lack of confirmation button for your skills), I might try Heroes out again sometime. Maybe sometime soon, because of your lovely bonus bestowed upon us

But now that I think about it, even if it was for only about 30 minutes, Battlefield Heroes must actually be the first Battlefield game I ever played, second to 2142.

yeah, I have play4free aswell, but they need to fix some stuff first lol. The game feels a little jumpy from time to time and only having 3 maps is disappointing to me. I was surprised to see that there are both day and night maps for battlefield heroes haha

i use to play it and it was very fun. Tried Battlefield play 4 free but it sucks. Water down version of Battlefield 2.

I was gonna say the same exact thing! I played it once and havent since then..

Well you can join the same server that your friend(s) are playing on in battlefield heroes, so if anyone feels like playing add me and we can do that lol. I will admit, I did spend $20 on the game, but it's entertaining enough for me to justify that much $ spent heh. + since I paid for battlefunds within the 1st week of my account being made I got %25 (700 bf) free ^_^

I enjoyed the game. But its not possible to freeload it (you can't make enough VP to keep "renting" even the smallest arsenal) so I dropped it really quickly.

I actually did pretty well freeloading. Admittedly it sucks how hard it is to earn enough points by regular playing, but every once in a while they post promos where you can get some free points.

I played it for maybe a day or two.. really don't like it. Too childish for me and guns were lame :bored:
