well, it has been brought to my attention that, me not wanting to use vent because of certain issues may hinder me being promoted. granted i'm not looking to be an"eGO" in the years to come but, being promoted always crosses ones mind especially when they have been put in the leadership role for previous clan activities. i'd like to give a shout out to ALL my eGO friends far and wide, i've LOVED playing with you, but sadly i'll be just a regular player when i kill you or, even when you kill me next round.

i made my first assist in recruiting someone into eGO, and i still don't regret it! i regarded my clan mates like family, and would expect anyone to do the same.

xoxo my beloved ones but, to pursue my roll in a clan that "might" have a bad outcome is something that should be let go. this will in NO way reflect how i feel towards the clan or even my contributions to tha clan in a whole weather, financial, or personal.

I'm not aware that we are all going to vent as the communication within the game. I am confused about why your leaving. You participation in vent is not a condition of promotion.

Exactly, being in vent just means you have more chance of being noticed. When I was house leader I never put someone forward for promotion because they were in vent a lot and I never held back on a promo because someone didn't hang around in vent.

redefnine, making a dramatic post on your way out the door is not the way to go. PM council or a house leader.

Most - if not all - of these things can be worked out when there is a little communication. Anyone can leave, but make sure it isn't for nothing. Talk to somebody first.

No this confusion began on Kalt during last nights meeting when redefine could not figure out if he was in vent or if it was working, etc. I think with all the conversations going on between the meeting and all talk on the server the number of voices created issues. It may all be a mis-understanding. However; as Redshift states, this is not the proper and right way to voice your displeasure.

I hate to see you go like this, and wish you the best of luck, still like Solnav said, I don't think you hould have quit like this, if you had concerns you should have brought them up with your house leaders, that is why we are here. Still I wish you the best of luck and hope you reconsider.
