XM8 series

I recently picked up the XM8 compact and love it. :thumbup:

I was wondering if you lads had any tips on how to improve killing with it, where to aim and what specs to pick.

Opinions? Comments?

After all the "balances" for the assault kit, I'd have to say the XM8 Prototype is the best. You can't go wrong after 16,000+ kills (it's superior to the M416, which has less recoil but has more spread than the XM8).

The XM8 also has a higher RoF.

The XM8 compact was highly accurate and had low recoil for me, but had low killing power, so mag ammo is a must. Other than that as the aforementioned shoot for the head and put the optics of your choice on it, for me it shot like a laser, straight and no drop that I could detect.

Over I think its one of the most effective weapon systems in game for assault. just DONT spray and pray, you wont hit anything with it that way.
