Starwars: The Old Republic

<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center"> Most people around here already know that the new Star Wars MMORPG is being made and is looking great. Many members of the EdgeGamers community are already interested in this game.

EdgeGamers is actively considering supporting the new MMORPG from Bioware, Star Wars: The Old Republic. In an effort to gauge the interest of the community, we have gone ahead and set up two guilds for The Old Republic.

While a release date still has not been announced, Bioware is already allowing people to start forming their own guilds and begin networking so that on release day, you already have a guild and friends to play along with. So, if you are interested in playing the game with eGO, join one of the guilds linked below. So, now you must choose: </div>

O'course, I'm not a major Star Wars fan, but I am interest in a lot of the games about it (Battlefront 2 has been my fave so far).

So. We'll have to see.

Just saying all of us empire people will own you. This is history. Look at the sacking of corrusant, owned all the jedi. We destroyed your temple and installed everlasting fear into the republic with 1 quick move. I know personally IceGladiator and I will be hunting down all non-empire people and killing them for trying to face the power of true sith lords.

You'll be able to make alts on your account when the game comes out, so you could play on both sides. It's just for now that people are expected to only have one name per account, and thus one guild.

Unsure if atm if I will be joining. A group of my RL friends may be already putting a guild together for this game. Still undecided though....

we have too many divisions spread out and I see no reason or how any mods would be used in game... i just feel get a group on steam going and that, but i feel nothing more is needed IMO.

That's all we're doing right now. That's all we can do, the game hasn't been released. Like it says in the newspost, we're looking into this game, though so far I'd say it's looking pretty good with 48 people being onboard and a release date for the game not even being set.

What about Guild Wars 2? >_>

If the clan is going to have an active role with a game, someone needs to step up and take charge of it and they don't have to be in leadership.

I got to test this game twice, and its a ton of fun even in the stages its at now. the fighting is fantastic and I cant wait for it to be released!

I'm feeling envy right now. I think I need to go meditate again, .

Everyone that joins the sith will get a complemtary cape and you don't have to have those jedi's holding back your true power. The jedi are holding you all back, come join the sith to fight the good fight, the fight that gives outter settlements a chance at freedom from the republics regime. Obviously the republic might pull people in, I agree at first I thought about it. But the dark side is a hunger that crawls into you and makes you feel great. A greatness that can only be overturned by false preaching of the jedi or death. The jedi's code preaches about no emotion only control. The sith's is let your emotions take you to a greater power. The jedi have it all wrong. Peace is a lie, there is only passion
