LOLOLOLOLOL teemo got NERFED
and they buffed the hell out of infinity edge, lower cost + higher atk damage/crit strike. wow

what the balls?

on topic, the guy looks fun..and in the video hes fed out the whazoo so he looks super OP...and this guy is basically going to ALWAYS be played in 5v5 because of his insane AOE burst. i expect to find him on every 5v5 team from here on out.
also again, they are trying basically the 6 ability type of crap to add 'more skill' to this game. when things have his passive on they have bonus abilities to each skill blah blah. its getting kinda old the way they're doing this.....

They nurfed teemo because of his high elo advantage. If you ever watch them play, they have teemo sit in top or bottom lane the entire game, shroom that area, and farm forever. Since his high utility he can just get away scott free. But if their entire team comes to gank teemo the other team would of pushed mid or got baron in the absence securing the win.

New champion looks like ryze 5 months ago. Not sure why they did this. They changed him because they didn't want him to be such a machine gun champion. But now blaze is the same way except with fire :/.

nah i don't watch people play...but teemo is very situational of a good team. i love playing AP teemo don't get me wrong, but you really need your team to know what they're doing to use you in team fights. you can't just waltz up and drop shrooms in the middle of a team fight and expect to live or anything
playing ap teemo a lot you'll quickly realize you are literally completely useless if your team doesn't lure them into your shrooms during the fights and such, and come oracles/MR you become COMPLETELY useless...so i still don't see these nerfs justified.

and talking about high ELO teemo advantage really makes me wonder what the hell is going on if they can't take the time/money/sense to drop a vision ward in their lane and farm that teemo straight up

High ELO players were not playing ap teemo. They were playing AD/AS. Look up The Rainman he had #1 spot for quite a while by maining teemo. He just pushed and pushed. This game isn't all about team fighting. BDing is cheap but you can win games with it. constant push in a lane is boring but you win games. Watch HotshotGG if he solos top he is usually constantly pushing. He does this because he's farmed enough to know he can 1v1 anyone. If they bring more then 1 the rest of his team can push another lane and or win a 3v4. The problem with teemo was his utility to push and escape. He could push the hell out of a lane and still escape with a strong invis passive, super speed from his w and mushrooms to slow his opponent and give him good enough vision.

Teemo WAS overpowered. He could fill the river and bushes with mushrooms while constantly pushing. He couldn't be caught because of move quick and his great map awareness.

Anyways, Brand looks like a very fun caster. He reminds me of what LeBlanc was supposed to be, a caster which involved a lot of split second decisions on what skills to use and when. LeBlanc devolved into always mimicking her Q. Brand should be fun, you might and to start off with your Q for the added aoe on his E so his W does much more damage and his ultimate goes much faster, but you might also want to save the Q for a stun in a trade off for less aoe. He definitely will be a lot more effective when choosing your spells instead of randomly spamming them, which is always a plus. Plus I'm a sucker for damage over time spells and his passive applies a nice % of health DoT on all of his spells! Very cool.

I'm probably going to end up purchasing Brand pretty quickly, I've got the IP and he looks like the sort of champion that I absolutely love to play.

And as for Teemo, I must agree he was OP, hopefully this will balance things out a bit.

Information from EU says Brand costs 6300 IP, nothing unusual there. Good thing I have 6300.

Teemos OP

Anyone can tell u that

Unless a player who constantly uses teemo.

Then there in denial

All teemo is made to do is shoot one shot, lay traps, and run like hell. If he runs into the enemy, he's dead. I can't see why they're nerfing his speed because he is SUPPOSED to be fast. Hence the swift scout.

Well, apparently they based the nerf off of high-Elo players playing
Teemo "too good".

Oh, and they based the nerf of Xin because low-Elo players were
getting "owned" (probably by smurfs).

really doesn't matter...there will always be a champion that stands out over the rest. when one does (apparently it was teemo) they nerf him, so now somebody else will take his spot...IMO it will probably be jarvan since renekton was nerfed too.

anyway, 6300 IP...of course...this almost double mechanic is just an excuse to release champions at a high cost...now the average IP cost is probably up around 3600 IP per champion. i calculated it before, it was around 3200 IP, which isn't bad, but then they had a massive release of 6300/4800 champs so it must have gone up quite a bit now.

since it probably takes me 3 weeks to farm up that much IP, i don't see myself getting him (i currently only have 1 6300 champ out of them all). tho out of all the 6300 champs right now, he looks the most interesting to me.

we'll have to see how he goes in the next few weeks when people find out builds and how to play him and such
