For those that aren't aware, Dungeon Siege III is NOT developed by Gas Powered Games this time. It is still going to be published by Square Enix, but the team behind the elder scrolls and fallout games (cant remember the dev's name it is Obsidium or something) are the ones that have developed Dungeone Siege III.

When I found that out, I was sold on it. It comes out in the middle of June and if you pre-order through steam you get the first 2 (single player only) for free to play now. Although, the first one has compability issues on win 7 and will not be play. I was really bumped, but man when these games came out they only required a 1gig processor and 256 MEGA of ram. Soooo yeah they are old, but I loved the original. It was a great game.

Anyone else gonna pick this one up?

MEGA-BUMP!

I was going to start a new thread but in practicing what I preach I found this one.

I traded in Transformers: Dark of the Moon and 4 other games I never touch on my 360 and picked up Dungeon Siege III at a great cheap price.

I am liking it so far, for once it is a game where the stream-lined interface for console play is really well done. Playing as Anjali, enjoying her very much. Archon - very cool lol.

from what I heard, it isnt worth the price they plastered onto it

I'm really enjoying it. It's one of those hit or miss titles, depending on what review you read. PC Gamer magazine loves it, and of course Gamespot hates it - though I never seem to agree with ANY Gamespot review. They are way too console focused for me I suppose.

Overall though, the reviews are pretty good and I'm enjoying it very much so :P
