We don't know it's coming out tomorrow. It's a possibility though...it would be a Valve thing to do...
If you just go to the Aperture Science main page(http://www.aperturescience.com), it's a depiction of a Christmas scene...it's possible Valve is planning to announce HL:EP3 coming out this Holiday season...

How did you find that top link?
That link came from a QR Code that was the fruit of over 2000 people's efforts over a 15 day period. This thread explains everything up to it, and basically... there were some hidden audio files, those led to locations in Seattle, which some guys walked to and plotted on a map, that spelled out Nelipot, which is a group on steam, the creator of which has screenshots of portal 2, with the QR code in it.
That Christmas scene has been there for over 3 years. It was updated in December of 2010 to include Portal 2 updates, nothing new there.
Yes as Mr. Justin Bieber lover stated above my post that has been up for a while now!
Hopefully the couter is when they press the big red button and release portal 2 along with episode 3!
Ah well, I was hopeful Valve had set up that Christmas Scene as a troll site with a LOT of foreknowledge
I was like 29% sure we'd be playing Portal 2 right now
