Fix for new patch causing sound muting in Windows 7

Notice how with the new patch when you talk, it makes all the sounds you hear quieter? Here's how to fix it:

• Right click your speaker icon (the one in the taskbar)
• Choose Playback Devices
• Click on the Communications tab
• Change option from "Reduce the volume of all other sounds by X%" to "Do Nothing"

Presto! All fixed.
