Mic Problem

So I recently got an Astro A40 (http://www.astrogaming.com/products/detail/4/A40-Headset) and I got it all hooked up, and ready to go, my sound works perfect and is incredible, the only problem is, is that I can't get my mic to work. When I got to my recording devices, this is what it shows:

Microphone (With a green check mark)

Note: My sound card is an Asus Xonar DG, which also means that I have Asus Xonar DG Audio Center installed (Not sure if I must do something in here)
Note 2: I don't have a mix amp either
I'm cables are all plugged in correctly as well. (i.e. Green goes into Green, Pink into Pink)


Any ideas on how to fix this?
