Hello im new here and I would like to start off by saying that you have a great server with great people and a good environment. but i have noticed that there has some questionable use of admin (questionable to me haha) but like kick first ask questions later policy. which I strongly disagree with. im not aware of what your admin policies are but I have a few suggestions...

1.) members with the eG tag should refrain from using admin when members with the eGO are active in the server

2.) admins should refrain from using their powers as much as possible

3.) there should be a set admin punishment policy.
a. stern warning
b. slay
c. kick
d. 1 hour ban
e. perm ban

I hope you will take my ideas into consideration because I have quite a bit of expirence on being an admin on successful servers

Sometimes a warning just isn't enough without getting the right attention. And I agree sometimes they do things before speaking, however, they pay for it, they run it and they own it...

We don't actually do the: Letter B, and D(Yet), E.
(But Most admins do..)
First of all..
IF they're being disruptive and being disrespectful, we/I will give 1 or 2 warning.
Then, if they do it again. That's a kick.
If they come back again with their attitude again...(I think) We ban them for like 2-3 days. then a week. then Perm.

Pretty much all of what you said is in our admin guides more or less. But understand one thing...eG's are "admins-in-training". They're not going to be perfect, it's a learning experience. Of course we're all human. If I'm having a bad day, I'll usually skip b., c., and d. But trust me, it's strongly advised-and mandatory-to ALWAYS warn first.

If you had a recent bad experience...sorry.

I've been playing this game for a long time and I think ADMIN is the best and most courteous period. Servers run smooth with a bare minimum of nonsense that is a plague on may other domains. This is why I have finally joined an organization and support it financially.
