Server lag

Guys anyone knows why the server is to laged? every time that i start to shot somebody, my screen get freeze for milesconds and the next thing that i know is that im dead.
And some times i cant use my AT4 because i see the rocket like in frames and i cant guide it.

Is this on a particular server or all of them? Does this occur all of the time or just occasionally?

I don't know about the rocket thingo... but i do get screen freezes sometimes(1-5 sec freeze) then i die and everything is smooth again. I don't mind it but it makes me wanna :crying::crying::crying::crying: when this freeze issue kills my 20-0 streaks.

Come to think of it.. I have the hardest time playing on rush... I can play on mixed and metal wayyy easier. With rush I'm losing frames/packets like crazy and I thought it was just me.

Not to mention the pubs occasionally complain about it.
