Counter-Strike: Source - Graphics Issues

Hello tech.

I've recently encountered a problem with my Counter-Strike: Source graphics, after reformatting my computer. I've noticed a blatant difference, that, though it does not affect my gameplay directly, makes some things annoying; specifically as to navigation, or just looking at sprays.

For my example, I'm going to be using the spray that I recently photoshopped. It looks fine in my shop, paint, and desktop, as well as on my brothers computer; however, when you look at it through my CS:S, it looks beyond awful.

Any help is appreciated, as I'm out of ideas.

Alright, I know that I get the same effect when it is not at set to a low setting, which is why I suggested it. I am not quite sure what would be causing it to look so low quality.

Maybe its because your spray is so large? Is it 256x256? The quality will reduce when you make it smaller. Start with 256 not larger into smaller.

Reduced the size for my spray; as I stated above, it looks fine on Tomato's screen, which is what's throwing me off .. :confused1:
