I've been banned

I've been banned but it says I haven't been on the forums, and I've also discovered that I've been banned from all of the other source games you guys have servers on (not a vac one I just mean I'm banned from all of your source servers). And it said I was banned for racism which is stupid cause when I was on jailbreak there was this guy that had this heavy arabic accent and he was warden... I couldn't understand him at all so it wasnt fair! So then I said in all chat "i cant understand this muslim... :/" so then like 5 minutes later I'm banned for racism now thats stupid cause I was saying the truth, you shouldn't let a guy thats practically talking in Islam be a warden or even a full eGO admin! I mean come on, no one can understand this guy.
