WWI Source Update 2.0 (HYPE)

After hours of deliberation, the WWI Source team has finally decided on what core features are going to be added in 2.0. One of the newest elements added to the game was Third person. Yes WWI Source is now in third person.

This has opened endless possibilities for WWI Source including new combat action! Now, we want to introduce a new weapon for Germans only, the Flamethrower! Yes, we've added a flamethrower to WWI Source but this can only be fired and used by the Germans, even if the British pick it up, they can't use it.

We wanted the game to have more functionality, meaning that you can really get an in-depth story out of playing the game. Which is why we've also added an alternate ending to WWI and not only that but a different time passage of levels.

WWI Source News: Drivable Tanks

WWI Source now has drivable vehicles on every level regardless of time era, this is part of our alternate ending feature.

It's worth mentioning and we could try the game out once it does hit 2.0, because lately people have laid off the game because of no updates. So when 2.0 does come out, hopefully there will be a substantial amount of players. Clans are already beginning to come back into the game.

Also, a thing worth bring up is that player base, and community support is the main points to look for when you are looking at these games. If ten people play on it, it's not worth "eGO's time"

I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but I am friends with one of the head Developers of WWI: Source, but that entire post was posted on April 1st (April Fools) as a joke. They are still developing things, but as of this moment those are not actually being implemented, if you want more info just message me on Steam. Sorry guys

Aweee I was hoping for real tanks. I just thought the last segment of the update was the Aprils fool...
