Constructive Critism

About a minute in and this is whats turning me off:

1. the long, loud intro. Im fine with an intro, but if its over 5 seconds or so, then I find them a bit annoying in general (this goes for any video)

2. You have a lot of uneven stops, breaks, and "uh"s in the video. Try writing down what you are going to say before you record it so that it has better rhythm and flows easier. Sounding like you know what you are saying instead of just making it up as you go sounds a lot better.

Hope that helps ;)

Definitely have a set topic of discussion, do several recordings and pick the most direct one.
Also, only discussing gameplay is fine, but what keeps people coming back is:
)Humor - Make a joke or two. Why so serious?
)Points of interest - Snip in some current news once in a while, comment on it, don't rant.
)Guest spots. - Bring some guest commentators on... mix it up.
)Viewer interaction - Read viewer emails, start polls on what they want to see, get them involved, and they will come back.

Just some ideas :)
