1) Vent meetings usually are recorded
2) As everyone has said, Clan Wide Vent Meeting is always on the 4th Saturday of the month.
3) If vent becomes full, typically those not in the meeting will be removed (usually AFK first)
4) Bring your own food and drinks if you want refreshments.
