This is a reminder for anyone who may not have seen the front page news post regarding our meeting (and also as a reminder for those of us with memory loss). Hope to see you there.

Bad Company 2 Divisional Meeting in Ventrilo!
Saturday, April 30th at 5pm EST/2pm PST

Please join Bad Company 2 for a meeting to discuss what is going on within the division. Many important items will be presented, so all interested parties should attend. Following the meeting there will be a Q&A session where leadership will attempt to bring clarity from confusion.

Argh, i'm not going to be able to make the meeting! Will the meeting minutes be posted for all that cannot attend? I'd love to be able to at least keep in the loop.

Sorry I missed the meeting, just now trying to get myself involved with eGO again after my break. Work is still my driving force though as it's our busy season. Still hoping to see more of everyone over the next couple weeks!
 
busy day for me. took a medical withdrawal from college and a year off, so i was driving home during the meeting.
 
Meeting Minutes

Unfortunately we forgot to start a recording premeeting so instead we just have notes. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions about the meeting (or if the attendees think something has been missed) feel free to PM me or a member of leadership.
  • Server slip ups have been happening lately they are getting fixed. Are not server provider but an EA issue.
  • Next tournament will be a one day event sign ups will be early may depending on front page news post it will occur on May 14th it will be in normal mode.
  • The Recruitment Contest went great we went over our highest record in one month which was 50 we got it to 83 good members the rankings for the recruitment leaders are as follows
    1. MaDIEmG with 30 recruits
    2. Austin with 11 recruits
    3.Fake with 8 recruits.
    4. Vetta with 5 recruits.
    5. gingertonic with 4 recruits.
  • Will be introducing an admin round table at some point in the future. Pending council approval.
  • Having trouble filling a couple of the servers. Just need 4-8 people to spend a few minutes every day to fill the servers. Once full most will stay running.
  • Don't ignore pubbers when they are pointing out an issue to you. e members feel free to warn if you see a rule broken but if you are in vent bring up there first or if it seems to be taking too long (about 45 seconds- 1 minute) then feel free. Never warn with a threat.
  • Heavy Metal and Phu Bai servers have been doing great lately staying filled.
  • Question answers I thought important to write down:
    • Cant go out of bounds for ANY reason at all even for a second.
    • There will not be any modifications to the servers in the near future, but they are looking into other map rotations of other servers.
    • Never argue in game, deal with it in vent or steam to avoid looking bad.
