If it is Vector it is vector and will be scaleable, if it can't be scaled, then it is not vector anymore.

I used Illustrator, but I exported the .AI to a .png at 500DPI, thats why is so big. I didnt post a vector format because imgur cant handle them, instead this is a rasterized vector image.

I love vector art. This is pretty impressive. I like the complimentary colors in her shirt and the band on her face.

I'm sort of glad you posted this at 3037x3778, so you can get close in and see each individual shape you had to make, and just using a quick glance over, I see there are no really basic shapes, not even in her nostrils. That really shows the quality of the vector, and I applaud you
