So, if you havn't heard, Brink has some basic parkour in it (if you don't know the definition, look it up) Well, I found this interesting video on the Urban Freeflow Facebook Fan page (Parkour and Freerunning community), and they have a video comparing Daniel Ilabaca, a professional Freerunner, strapped with a headcam, vs The actual Brink Game. Check this out!

cool, i was interested in parkour, but since i was in a rural environment i could never do it. this has brought back my interest

When I was a kid, we called that "running around and jumping on/off stuff".

Parkour is not dangerous? Who says that?

I would think you need to be in good physical shape to do it. Plus a lot of it is knowing how to land and absorb impact.

It would be dangerous for me if I tried it lol!

You just basically defined parkour.

Though it is really fun.

Parkour is pretty hardcore. There's a bunch of hooligan boys that attend at the high school I graduated from and they like to do parkour outside the building I mainly hang out in and sometimes I join them. They were jumping over walls the other day..

It's also a mental exercise. When you're doing this stuff, you gotta let go and not think about what you're doing...you just gotta do it. You know?

EDIT//

LOL. I just realize that "Parkour is pretty hardcore" totally rhymes! Today is a GOOD day.
