very nice rig. u choice the right heat sink. i would change the gpu to a 6950 unless u want to spend a tad of extra money. i would change out the hdd for a samsung spingpoint. u dont need the thermal compound the hyper 212 comes with some. nice psu. personally i would go with a cheeper case like the destoryer, it will fit in any gpu like the 260 gtx i have in it atm. it is a good case. good cooling. or do the NZXT M59. that is a beast i regert not getting it. exsalent cooling. but if u want wire management i would go with a mod ps. plus if u do that i would slap in a 32gb ssd or bigger. also my brother has the same set up but u really dont need a 750w psu here is a link that will tell u what u should look for in power wise http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic45032.html.

Few things:

That is a triple channel RAM kit but P67 systems are only dual channel. That i5-2500 is not a K version so you won't be able to overclock it – Either switch that out for a K version, or you can drop that motherboard down to a cheaper H67 board to save. Also, might as well get a DVD-RW burner instead as they'll be about the same price as that DVD-ROM.

EDIT:

My suggestion, go for this combo:

Subtotal: $1,036.94
Shipping: $9.65
MIR: ($50.00)
Total: $996.59

This build is cheaper and more powerful then the one in your OP. The GPU can be switched out for something more powerful if you want to spend that savings.

dude i would not go with the seagate hdd after all the bottle neck of every comp preformance is the hdd. plus they r not that reliable. yea go with ma$termind. just remove the thermal compound. and put a SSD for a boot drive to run off operating system or games. go for this monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236052.
i personally tho would recommend a 26in trinitron monitor it seems old but believe it or not it has better rez then the new lcd. i do not regret getting 1

if we are going for price/performance, the A50 is really cheap:
