I need an outlined version of a raincloud with rain dropping from it.

See the picture below for how I want the style to be.

Make it 125x125, and have the background transparent.

Should be a fairly easy request.

Well. That is just a hand drawn style. I only know of two guys who draw stuff on these boards so you might not get a bunch of takers

I think I made the droplets too big.
