Curse you windows update! ....still

so, two weeks ago, an official microsoft update ruined my computer, and after many calls to tech support, they still can't fix it. so, i still won't be able to be a realism, so until I get it fixed, i wish the axis the best of luck

Have you reached out for help on these forums? Our tech guys have fixed countless problems here, and we're a lot more invested in our members' PCs than a tech support guy who's just trying to get people not to rage at him

believe me, i have tried just about everything. i tried doing a system restore, putting my computer into safe mode, etc. I actually ran system diagnostics, and it said it's a hard drive issue.

but i'll see what the tech help forums can do.
