How do you find anime so interesting. It like cartoons for adults. Most of the plots are terrible too. IDK, i guess i just dont understand it.
 
Well most anime are for all ages, just like gaming. There're cartoon for "adults" out there and those are called Hentai. I don't think we should watch those at all lol

For the most part, the producers target fan base from 13-18. But there're a lot of great anime for kids, with less violence (I don't know if I should put Yugi-Oh as an example, but I know Doreamon is). Within last few seasons, producers are targeting on Seinen series. We see more seinen manga getting animated. Does that mean more older people are watching anime? Yes it is.

P/S: Seinen is a subset of manga and anime that is generally targeted at an 18–30 year old male audience, but the audience can be much older with some comics aimed at businessmen well into their 40s. It has a wide variety of art styles and more variation in subject matter, ranging from the avant-garde to the pornographic. The female equivalent to seinen manga is josei manga. In Japanese, the word Seinen only means "young man" or "young men", and it is not indicative of sexual matter.

Examples include 3×3 Eyes, Boogiepop Phantom, Chobits, Elfen Lied, Fate/stay night, Oh My Goddess!, Trigun, XxxHolic, and Zero no Tsukaima.

Try episode 4, episode 6 (about school sport fest, where Yukari Sensei try anything just to make sure her class win) or episode 21 (where they go on a school trip)

I haven't watched an anime for so long... maybe it's time to watch again...
 
Is Gunslinger Girl a good manga/anime? Ive seen it on the shelf and i have been thinking if I should buy it or not.
 
The first season is great one, you'll love the action scene. The second season which came out this spring is a total crap. It leaves bad taste in my mouth after 1st episode >__<

duno if it was told already...but u can see them (most of them) on anijunkie.com subbed.....just so you know....i love them..red the mangas..and watching the animes^^

Yea Kenshin FTW Had to change my sig though, i liked the Elfen Lied one better. Tryed to fit both of them but its too big @_@.
 
ah well....i like gunslinger girl...1st season was better than the second...i fully agree with lekk....and mirg....i like Elfen Lied 2....not only because its german...but i like the story and the violents^^
 
Heheh YAY Violence, I have all the ep. on DVD. I realy like how ppl get their heads choped off so easily. MAkes me laugh. :3 Oh and btw you sigs Pwn too. What anime is that? Looks interasting.
 
well..right no im busy watching Bleach , Naruto , Shakugan no Shana , Mobil Suit Gundam 00 , Myself;Yourself , Minami-ke : Okawari , Kimikiss pure rouge , Clannad , Death Note and Rosario + Vampire.....
 
well...the girl with sword...thats "Shakugan no Shana" and the second...is just a normal pic....i thought that that girl could look like that^^
 
I havent watched much anime or read any Mangas in awhile, so ill be sure to look into those so i could get back into the Groove. (lol i said groove)
 
yeah.....i look everyday on anijunkie (animes) and onemanga (mangas) for updates.......so im really into it
