Hehe romance...not realy into them, but since you make them sound soooo interasting i will take a look. :3

The only romance anime i liked was Love Hina(Dont realy think it counts...but its close.)

well...love hina is good.....i red the manga on onemanga.....but one week after i finished it it was take off the page.......so i couldnt read it anymore...so i bought the german version of it.....but they translatet it wrong -.- same with Ichigo 100% saw some mistakes........but i like Ichigo100% and Suzuke more than Love Hina

Love Hina is pretty much the first anime I watch and read its manga early on. The story is solid and plenty of room for comedy. But then you feel like watching a scifi show instead of pure romance anime ^__^. I mean who would survive after all Naru beatings, gun shooting and missle launching beside Keitaro? lol

Another great romance comedy title is Futakoi Alternative. It's hilarious but kinda quacky at the end.

Yes, just have to love Rena so much when she goes berserk with her oversized knife =P (better than Bleach!! lol)

Here's my favorite dark anime list lol

1) Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai (the 2nd season)

2) School Days (you can't find any darker romance anime around beside hentai stuffs)

3) Basilisk

4) Gantz

5) Elfen Lied

As far as filling up the blood and gore gauge, I must say Fist of Northern Star and Berserk win. But I don't like the art style at all.

Gurren Lagann Movie Fall 2008 Preview is out

Now don’t get too excited. This is a low-quality recording of what Gainax showed at the recent Tokyo Anime Fair. Apparently, the movie is going to be another one of those recap affairs, which I find to be extremely disappointing. The story will be retold through music and battle sequences. It isn’t clear how much new material there will be, but there is some new animation visible in this video. What I don’t understand is, why did they go this route, instead going for a sequel?

Everything was all set up for one. Maybe it’s in the plan, but only after they squeeze some more money out of the franchise first. Anyway, the movie is slated to come out this fall.
