Summer Anime 2008 Info and Otaku Discussions (Anime, Manga, Games, Model Kits, etc.)

Because Bandai is not a good game producer lol. If not because of Power Rangers, Hello Kitty and Gundam Franchise, it would be out of business long time ago.
I heard about Zone of Enders, watched a few episodes and that's about it.
In addition, FROM SOFTWARE and NAMCO are much better in making 3D simulation games because their titles don't have much supports from beginning so they have been working on improvement from time to time.
 
Such good animes that have horrible games.

Two that I can think of right now that I've played

Gundam and Macross

Almost finished get Code Geass 1st season can't wait to see it. It kinda sux already knowing that the rebellion doesnt win.
 
Bandai is famous for Toys man, not games =D
It's sad to see how well Namco's doing with their games and Bandai is not eventhough they're under the same management, Namco Bandai Holdings Inc.
At least the Zegapain games for Xbox 360 ain't too bad since it's a Namco+Bandai game.
I'm trying to watch the very first series of Gundam and Macross but just can't stand the animation >__<
 
I think Seed and Seed Destiny ain't that dated.
But anything that's made before 1994 is.... very bad in animation. One exception is Turn A Gundam.... Despite the fact that it was made after Gundam Wing... The designing team was messed up.... I would say similar to how designers messed up Gunslinger Girls 2

Gunslinger Girls 1 was and still is awsome....but GG2....baaaad!! my eyes nearly started melting x_x
 
It would be awesome if they could remake a lot of old animes that is very popular and update the animation a little.

Just finished Code Geass. That suzaku is seriously on the wrong side. He is japanese and his father was the prime minister and yet he fights for the people that conquered his country. He is seriously a flawed character.

It would be crazy to have to have the power to control people just by them looking into your eyes.
 
Agree, I would love to see a remake of Eva, Gundam (with more Hscene like Kira and Fllay lol), Macross, His and her circumstances.
But the as you know, the most we are going to ger are remaster version which cost less to make but still squeeze out money from fans.

For Code Geass, anime producers like to have close friends turn into mutual enemies plot lol I didn't like the way it ends in 1st season thou and I'll wait for another few months and start watching it at once =D.
 
Episode 2 of Soul Eater is out.
The Preview for episode 3 is hilarious and will make you laugh so hard +___+
 
I watched Episode one of soul eater and for some reason the girls voice is drawing me in. lol gonna get it right now along with another episode of naruto ^_^.
 
So far this season is ok. Soul eater is very promising with all the actions and humors it has. Kanokon's storyline is kinda quack after second episode.... xxxHolic Kei is straight out the manga so not much surprised.... Havne't watch Code Geass and To Love Ru yet so no comment on those... Now just have to wait for Library Wars to come out !grr
 
Library Wars never heard of it is it a new anime? and dont tell me its a second season also?.

Kanokon a new geneartion of ecchiness makes my nose bleed thinking about it.

Do you think kids in japan watch these things or do they release it on the premise of its only for adults.

Otaku Legends isnt that famous of a subber I have a group of trusted subbers where I dl from. but its not bad to try new groups they might be better

lol 18 and older yet I bet middle school and high school kids are watching it.
 
Well it's all they have out there...
Pretty much around 70%+ of anime involving schools in certain extend.... And there's also a lot basing on Eroge games, that the main favorite topic.... School....
