Keyboard and Mice

My budget for

Mice: $30-65
Keyboard $60

You don't need a super keyboard to dominate in gaming. You just need one that doesn't give you keystick problems. I use a default dell keyboard. Enough said really.

The mouse however.... Razor mamba > all the mice you listed.

Do you even own a Razer Mamba? It's an overrated, horrible mouse compared to pretty much all the mice I listed. I would also make a bet that the mice he listed would also outperform it.
 
The Microsoft X4 is a solid budget gaming keyboard. It has a small footprint, solid construction, illumination, and amazing anti-ghosting capabilities. There's no chance of cheap rubberized keycaps rubbing off from use. That being said, a gaming keyboard is secondary to a good mouse.

As for the mouse, avoid anything but the big three: Logitech, Microsoft, or Razer. The first two mice you listed are still common enough that you could walk into a local brick-and-mortar store and try them out. If you absolutely can't get tactile with it before buying one, check out things like actual dimensions (the G9 is a fairly short mouse and the Deathadder has a nice palm-filling size).

Why do you say that? There are other great gaming mice out there. The Roccat Kone+ is a very close second to my favorite mouse, which is the Razer Deathadder.

more like big 5+: Legittech, Razer, Saitek, microsoft, Thermaltake, cooler master, roccat,

All of those are fairly prominent among professional e-sports players, and if you are going to take performance reccomendations from anyone, pros are probably where you want to look.

Go to a LAN party and you'll see everything there is to see in the
computer gaming world.
(Example, Quakecon is very popular)

I guess when people are exotic enough to look into the formal gaming mice like Thermaltake and Cooler Master offer they just do it. When someone is unsure and asking for advice on gaming mice, I tend to think of the more vanilla mainstream manufacturers. The OP mentioned a few nice mice; any of them can be serviceable if they fit his style of usage. I didn't mean no one should ever use anything other than the three manufacturers I mentioned, just that the OP would be fine with any of the mice he was asking our opinions on (Logitech G9, MX518, and Razer Deathadder). The R.A.T mice are very nice, but the OP's price range maxes at $65. Yes you can get a RAT in that range, but that's the OP's decision - the MX518 can be found pretty cheap these days and saving money might be a priority?

Sorry if there was any confusion there - I know the internet can lead to misunderstood interpretations. I'm sure Pro gamers would recommend very fine gaming mice.

In regards to choosing a mouse, I'm currently rockin' one of these beasts:

The roccat kone plus is a really nice mouse which I use.

Has some excellent software that comes with it also. And a 4 way scroll wheel, which I assign a macro to in order to lean in cod4. ;)

Also if you have a big hand it fits really nice.

Eh, that's pretty much all the non-razer stuff. I would personally avoid going straight to razer and give all the other companies a go, some of these mice right here beat razer easily. So, do your research before buying and don't even get me started about keyboards :)
