Cant sleep once again. Who knew. :P Anyways, there have been a few things on my mind that I would like to address to the FPS:X division.

The first order on my mind is INS server activity. Of course during the prime time hours (5pm est - 1 am est), we have a lot of pubbers on, which is great! But what I have been seeing lately is that one server (for example Fire Fight) is at 30/32 people, and dust 2 is sitting at 5 player. I would like to propose that the fellow eG's take a step towards being that 1st part of leadership and get our e's in the server. Not only from our own division, but from the other divisions as well.

I know that INS is showing it's age when it comes to active players, but there are still quite a few players out there. Let get them in and possibly have the other divisions come in and visit our server as much as possible. We are all from the same clan, and having good divisional relationships make a very tight-nit clan.

The 2nd thing that was on my mind was chain of command communication. Now, I do realize that not everyone was in the military, and is familiar with how a CoC works, but we can fix that! I do love how tight-nit this division is and how open and friendly our leaders are, but if you haven't noticed, they have A LOT of work on their hands. I know this from being a 2nd in command of my Call of Duty clan back in 2003 among other leadership roles that I have been assigned with.

When it comes to getting to know how your chain of command works, you mainly talk to the person right above or below you. For example, I should not be going straight to USCG Hammer because I recruited so and so. I would go to my recruiter in charge. If anyone here needs information on how our good chain of command works, then please do not hesitate to add me on steam or talk to me in vent about it. I am more than happy to instruct on said information. And don't forget to look at the leadership roster to get to know who is who in the "officer" ranks so that you know who to contact in the time of need.

Last thing on my mind is recruiting. As I have said before, INS is starting to die out, but do you think that has stopped us from recruiting new members into the clan? I joined on the 15th, and to this day I have recruited 19 new members. There have also been some great efforts of other members with recruiting as well! So that question is quite obvious, NO. We will not stop recruiting until the chain of command has ordered us to stop supporting INS. So lets keep it up!

If anyone here would like any help on how to recruit, tips/tricks, and the most important, the process of getting someone signed up, then by all means talk to me. I am more than happy to see new recruits coming in by the truck load, and recognizing the people who recruit them.

Feel free to post your comments, questions, concerns, ect, or go ahead and send me a pm, steam message or talk to me in vent. I am usually always in one of the FPS:X rooms. Keep on gaming!

YEAH! From 15th of May I've recruited 14 new members!
Keep them coming guys and good luck! :)

I'm just gonna be the one going through the applications, you guys do the recruiting =X

Official INS development may be dead, but due to its nature of being a freely available mod that's hosted on Steam I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. I think for every player that moves on to another game/gets bored with INS, another finds out about Insurgency after owning a Source-engined game for a while.

Recruiting is something I need to get back into doing, but you don't make it easy for the rest of us, Vikkturr :P
