Providing animal death videos does not violate the rules, but I definitely wouldn't want my kids to openly watch animals be torn apart. Everyone has a different aspect on it.

Just like you wouldn't want to watch me tear apart your creator limb from limb and leave it to hang in agony, it's offensive.
