there's nothing that can be done about scores but practice and become a better player.
however, you can do something about the ping. make sure you aren't downloading anything while in game. if you are using a home network to play, don't use anything that also uses the same network like iphones and ipod touch's.
go to speedtest.net and find out how high your ping is. once you find out, call you ISP and tell them about it.
or restart you modem/router/computer

The score
About the score, It wasn't just me but my friend was playing 4 his 1st time and with the PING nothing is plugged in or downloading while im playing because whenever I do something like pivot if someone plugs in an ipod the compuetr freezes

well still you should do Stewie's recommendations, it could help.
Otherwise don't sweat it, why worry what other people think? If the admins think it is becoming too much they will put a stop to it. You have to remember it is hard to differentiate between friendly banter/trash talk and serious accusations sometimes.
People can cry hacks all they want. If they are just going to sit and cry there's nothing to worry about. If they want to see something done about it. we have procedures for what to do if people actually want to follow up on it.
Even if those procedures were true DOD:S leadership would review your playing and if you are indeed not hacking nothing further would come of it. So no worries.

Like Spitfire'd said, try to brush off what people are saying. If people are criticizing you about low k/d, it may just be trash talk.
If it is becoming abusive however, that is something admins will address.

Masterjedi a score is only important if you let it, enjoy the game and dont worry about what other players think. I have been playing DOD since it came out about 10 years ago, my score is always bad but the enjoyment I get out wieghs my score. I also get remark's like how can an admin be such a bad player, my reply is usually "I am the the best player". It's what you think not what others think. Enjoy the game and I will see you ingame.

Moved to DoD General Discussion; please stop posting every thread you make in the General Forum. This is a DoD issue, not an eGO-wide issue.
If there's a problem, follow the chain of command up to an Advisor or myself if need be, and we will handle the situation appropriately. The advice the others have given you regarding ping is reasonable, but keep in mind that your ping does not affect others' ping results. If you are stuttering and lagging across their screens, however, then there is an issue.
Try www.speakeasy.net for speed testing; a slow Internet connection may be to blame.

IF you are being griefed in-game, simply get a console log of the bully being a jerk and first try requesting a ban in the ban request forums. If you have no luck there, drop box the console logs and one of the DoDS advisors can help you out. Also, if admins in server are not doing there jobs and you have explained to them in sufficient detail your problem, let us know who the admins are along with any proof you can give.
Other than that, add admins to your friends list and get to know your admins.
Past that, you must be patient, everyone here is a volunteer so please keep that in mind.
For tech help with your ping, contact your ISP to see what speeds you should be gettings, and/or post your problems in the tech help forum.

they just think there cool because they can kill someone in a video game all day.
thats not a talent at all they take video games wayyyyy to seriously ppl just need to like go outside or something nowadays. i dont even like gaming anymore because i not the kind of person that sits in a chair all day.thats just me.that,and another reason.
