I've noticed a definite lack of quality in our advisors lately. And by lately I mean since around August of 2010. Not say they're all bad. But some bad decisions have been made regarding certain promotions. Select individuals have been allowed to rise when they should have been banned instead. And by select individuals I mean...well, you all know who I'm talking about. But this isn't about me...

Congrats Storm. You deserve this. A good choice was made in picking you. Which somewhat offsets the poor choice that was made when you accepted
