Apparently Sony has decided to cut ram and vram in half as well as taking internal storage completely out of the system as a plan to directly compete with the 3DS. Leaving it with 256mb ram and 128mb vram. Personally I think this is a good decision, the specs on the NGP are STILL exactly as powerful as the PS3, it was foolish of them to shoot for double in the first place.
Alledgedly this will leave the non-3g model at $250 and the 3g model at $300. Not bad.
I personally will be saving up for the 3g version and will pay for the plan dependant on how much it is. I don't expect it to cost more than $20 since AT&Ts ipad unliimted data plan comes in at $30.
