Why is it no matter how much u chew up corn, its still together when it comes out? ha

Have y'all been looking at this thread with /b/ open in another tab?

Anyway, been thinking about the price of games lately, and about how I probably won't be getting a console for the next generation because the games will most likely be $70 or more. So when the PS4 is announced a year or so before it comes out Ill sell my ps3 and all its games and invest it in my PC.

Unfortunately for me addiction is hard to break. While I do a majority of my gaming on the PC. I still from time to time partake in console fun. Having said that, despite my finds, I would conceivably purchase next gen titles despite a theoretical increase in price. Since when does a crack addict not buy his fix when the price increases? :P

Not for me, my ps3 is basically a backup for when I can't use my PC, and If I had a reliable PC all it would do is collect dust.

Trying to think of what IP Nintendo could release for its hardcore fans (besides mario, zelda, and metroid). So far the only things I can think of are Kid Icarus, Fire Emblem, and Pocky and Rocky *nostalgia*.

Strolling around town like this today.

Why is it that people continue to invest in high beta equities when the capital markets climate clearly points towards a market contraction while the hedge fund folks stock up on blind shorts, put options and short to mid term high yield corporate bonds to take advantage of negative makret swings. The ignorance of blind uninformed investing just increases the wealth gap between the rich and the poor, limiting future investment potential of the poor while transferring capital to the rich.

It's all a very expensive game of cat and mouse. Except the mouse will never be caught since it bought itself a Ferrari to run away from the cat's 1993 Toyota Tercel.

This is a thread for random thoughts, right?
