Nintendo: What I hope for

What I want to hear from Nintendo is the following:

The unveiling of Project Cafe. From what I hear, it is supposed to be an evolution of the gamecube, hopefully boasting HD gaming.

A price drop for the 3DS. $250 is a very steep price for the hardware, considering a Wii bundle costs $150. A drop to around $185 would be very, VERY nice, but unlikely.

Any upcoming Mario project. The last couple of titles have been let downs for me, especially the New Super Mario Bros. series.

A new online experience. Nintendo WiFi Connection is just dumb in my opinion, with the friend codes and everything. Something like PSN or Xbox LIVE would be nice.

These are just some of the things I could think of. Any thoughts or opinions regarding what will be revealed?

Luigis mansion 2, better online, Mario Sunshine 2, a new 2d franchise.

I agree with Rukus. And I wanna see this new Project Cafe.

And yeah, everything past Mario Sunshine kinda disapointed me. Well, the console games did (not much if a DS player). Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 weren't very fun at all, and even Super Paper Mario (I LOVED the first two Paper Marios) was a major letdown. I NEED ME MEH MARIO FIX.

Let's see if Nintendo will bring themselves back up this year. :3

What? You guys are crazy! Super Mario Galaxy 1 was really good to me - besides the obvious fact that it was just Super Mario 64 IN SPACE. I too love the Paper Mario series (except Paper Mario 2 - it had a really slow beginning that kept making me side track). But I mean, Supe Paper Mario was GORGEOUS. It had the prettiest Graphics and I loved the hearts and the way they looked - I guess this is coming from an artist's point of view.

As for the new console - I think it will probably be smashing as always but I mean, why would you want that network to be like PSN or Xbox live? You have to pay 50 dollars friggin year for live and PSN? Well...you can ever barely play on the network from what I hear :P

I think they'll have the overall advantage this year for E3 since the rest of the companies kind of fail-boated all over the place. I like Ubisoft for Rayman and Assassin's Creed but everything else was pretty "meh" in my book. Microsoft is a money milking jerk for making releasing another halo game after Bungi wrote a heart felt note at the end of Reach, and Sony...Sony sucked. Lol.

Bring on Skyward Sword! -- and don't make it wait for the new console, that's all I'm saying!
